Hi Friends, sorry have not been posting. Been thinking about something for a while and I finally did it. I made my own laundry soap. Wow I did a load of laundry and hung them outside. The smell was amazing. Like sunshine and clean air. I do not like the perfumed laundry soaps. They are mostly man made chemicals, which I hate. This is how I made it.

1 Grated bar of Purex Fels- Naptha soap
I then added enough really hot water to cover soap. To melt and or soften.

Then I took a Plastic 1 Gallon jug.
Added 1 Cup of 20 mule team borax
1 cup of Arm & Hammer washing Soda

Added enough really hot water to dissolve.
Added the melted bar soap to the jug
mixed and added enough water to fill the jug

This soap is amazing, my whites are white!! with no bleach
your clothes smell amazing !!

I think this will be my forever laundry soap!!

I also have planted potatoes on containers this year. I am amazed at how well they are doing! I used planter bags that have holes in the sides. last year I used them for lettace.

I am happy with the grow bags. Bought at amazon.com.
Does anyone know what kind of flowers these are??

Hi There internet friends, Just starting this blog and realized as I was making a Seafood Salad, I should have made a video, Duh. I do have a finished Picture. There hope that is better!
Nana's Seafood Salad

I use a lot of ingredients in this, kinda makes it Special.

Nana's Seafood Salad

1/2 bag cooked shrimp(I used med or large) cut into 2/3 pieces
2 cans drained tuna
1 can of  drained salmon
1  box of any type of Pasta you like
Fresh Dill- chopped
Fresh Parsley- chopped
red onion and chives- chopped small dice
Green Olives w/ the Pimentos- buy the already sliced
Blk Olives- cut in half
Celery- small dice
small dice red pepper or you can use yellow or orange
S&P
Tiny cut up Broccoli
Grated carrots

For The Dressing:
#1  You can make an Olive Oil, Lemon,Dill dressing
#2 Mayo( which I used in the Picture)
#3 Veganase it is lighter than mayo and it works well with this salad

Options:
#1   try a couple shakes of Old Bay. NOT TOO MUCH!!!!
#2   You can use crab meat

Notes:
I think the fresher and the more dill you use makes this rock.
This is a great salad for hot Summer night and don't want to cook .( with garlic bread)
Great for Pot Luck Socials.
From Nana ENJOY!
